Alberto Varisco has extensive and in-depth experience in the banking and financial sector, having progressed through all stages of his professional career, first at Banca Commerciale Italiana, then at Banca Intesa and Intesa Sanpaolo. Within the bank, he held increasingly senior management positions, moving from Treasury and Finance to the Finance and M&A Division. He served as president of the ATIC (Association of Credit Institution Treasurers) and remains Honorary President of the ASSIOM-FOREX association. Following his time at the bank, Alberto continued to work independently, providing intensive support to companies on extraordinary transactions and generational transitions, even guiding one company through the entire process of going public.

Anna Varisco gained her experience in the business consulting sector primarily at KPMG Advisory,

where he served as Senior Manager, working in the business services sector for companies and banking and financial institutions.

Among the activities carried out are complex M&A transactions, the launch of new banks, and the establishment of consortium centers,

organizational restructuring and a review of the credit management process for banks.

Anna serves on the Board of Directors of the publicly traded company Gas Plus Spa, which operates in the E&P and gas sales and distribution sectors.
